The pieces of pistachio Lyonnais sausage are arranged in a circle on the plate and placed on the poached coconut purée. The rucola salad is placed in the center of the plate.

Offering special dishes with carefully selected ingredients is one of our top priorities. However, due to the rising cost of ingredients, it has become difficult for us to maintain our current menu prices.

Therefore, our course prices will be revised starting Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
